This autumn the local croatian participants Krešo, Filip, Pave, Ana and Ela from the youth exchange Creative Tradition decided to present some of the national lithuanian and slovakian games from other countries that they learned on the project, since they knew that their generations have a lack of interesting physical activities.
They wanted that their classmates get some new games as a part of the physical education. Since the project was all about different traditions, healthy outdoor activities and sports, they got inspired by that and thought that they could include them in their classes.
As an introduction, they told their classmates the stories about their participation on the project and about Erasmus+ in form of a presentation and then explained the meaning of the games in order to introduce everyone in international traditions.
The participants from Gospić are not all the same age, so with their open teachers they could organize these games for different generations of pupils. Their classmates loved the games and they are still playing the lithuanian volleyball game indoors and also the slovakian red and black game where it is all about speed and fast reactions, but they also got reminded on some traditional croatian games, such as pulling the rope.
The oldest participant Jure finished his university, he travells a lot and is regularly writing a blog.
There he wrote a post about the project and the great experience that was lifechanging for him.
The blog was also translated and published on OBC's official webpage, so that more people can read Jure's inspiring words and be motivated to participate in upcoming projects.
